Challenge:
Our client sought to empower a company with 190 employees, enhance internal communication across the Baltic states, and instill the culture and values of Philip Morris International.
Solution:
Collaborating closely with our client, we developed an engaging employee program named „InternalComms Agents”. We offered our expertise in orchestrating the program’s kick-off event and devised a comprehensive long-term strategy to foster participant engagement and boost their commitment to the program.
Results:
- The “InternalComms Agents” program, along with the planned activities, successfully unearthed hidden talents within the organization, facilitated the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives, and contributed valuable content for the monthly internal newsletter. The program included participation from 8 InternalComms Agents hailing from all Baltic states.
- The implementation of these activities led to a notable improvement in internal communication among various departments, actively shaping the company’s culture in the process.
