Enhanced Strategic Internal Communication

DPD LITHUANIA

Challenge:

With the rapid expansion of the e-commerce and delivery service industry, DPD Lithuania faced the challenge of finding innovative ways to connect and engage its employees, convey the company’s philosophy, and enhance its employer brand in Lithuania. DPD Lithuania employs approximately 400 people, including a top-level management team of 7 and a middle management team of 10.

Solution:

  • Communication analysis: we initiated an in-depth analysis by conducting employee interviews, reviewing pertinent research, and examining professional behavior on social networks, among other things.
  • Strategic workshop: subsequently, we organized a strategic workshop for the DPD Lithuania management team. This workshop yielded strategic directions that would shape the company’s internal communication efforts.
  • Internal communication strategy and activity plan: building on the insights gained, we collaboratively developed a robust internal communication strategy and a detailed activity plan for the upcoming years.

Results:

  • Engagement and commitment: our proposed process successfully garnered the engagement and commitment of both the top management team and middle management, two crucial pillars for facilitating change and achieving overall success in internal communications.
