Challenge:  

The company faced a significant demand for data analytics and data engineering specialists. Organisation was set out to fill in 42 positions in one year which was twice as much as during the previous year. However, it was not widely recognized within the target recruitment market.

 

Solution: 

  • Employer culture, reputation, and content audit: a comprehensive audit was conducted to assess the company’s culture, reputation, and existing content.
  • Employer value proposition development: we formulated an employer value proposition that highlighted the unique cultural aspects that would distinguish the company from its competitors.
  • Internal and external communications plan: an integrated communication plan was designed to reposition the company within the talent pool’s radar.
  • Plan execution: the plan was executed, incorporating PR activities, social media content, participation in meetups and events, and the establishment of an internal Ambassador program.

 

Results: 

  • Enhanced candidate outreach: recruiters reported that Exacaster is now a well-known entity in the field of data analytics in Lithuania, making candidate outreach more straightforward, getting more responses from quality candidates, which in the end contributed to reaching the ambitious goal.
  • Positive feedback: both employees and candidates provided anecdotal feedback expressing their pride in the company’s improved external image
