The goal is to involve the employees in the continuous formation of the company's brand awareness in the minds of potential customers, employees or other target audiences by creating a sustainable system: guidelines, providing members with knowledge, detailed help and support until habits are formed, and implementing a motivational system.

System creation

  1. Selection criteria for participants in the employee advocacy program
  2. Creation of a motivational model
  3. Preparation of general communication guidelines and company recommendations (tagging, hashtags, content dos & don’ts, reactions to competitors)
  4. Creation of a content moderation system and agreement of principles / establishment of internal communication rules
  5. Preparation of tools: 12 design templates in ppt format
  6. KPI identification and monitoring

Program presentation

  1. Meeting with the selected candidates and presentation of the program
  2. Agreement on goals and presentation of motivation scheme
  3. LinkedIn profile preparation trainings

Introductory trainings

  1. LinkedIn algorythm and what to know when writing
  2. Writing techniques
  3. Usage of design templates
  4. Introduction to tools for planning, generating ideas, etc.

Support sessions

  1. Review of results and analysis of good practices
  2. Group generation of ideas (taking into account relevant topics for the company)
  3. Discussion of practical situations: responding to comments, divination of the circle of contacts

Review of the system created

Evaluated after 3 months and recommendations for efficiency are provided

Individual consultations

Individual consultations for reviews of created content
