The only specialized B2B marketing agency in Lithuania, We Are Marketing, earned the top recognition in the B2B lead generation category at the Baltic B2B marketing awards Golden Parrot Awards in Estonia. This recognition went to the agency’s Centric IT Lithuania campaign “Digitalization without ‘BUT'”, which competed in the final against three other projects.
Regional B2B professionals chose the winners
This year, the winners were selected for the first time by the participants of the Parrot Baltic B2B conference. According to the awards’ founder Hando Sinisalu, this was arguably the most competent jury possible: nearly 50 of the region’s best B2B marketing professionals cast their votes. After reviewing each project’s strategic insight, campaign strategy, originality, execution mechanics and results, more than half of the voters chose “Digitalization without ‘BUT'”.
“This win confirms an important trend: in today’s market, creativity alone is not enough; effectiveness is driven by clear positioning and sales mechanics fine-tuned down to the smallest detail. I’m very grateful to our strategic partners and to the agency We Are Marketing, with whom we managed to combine these elements into a working engine that delivers measurable results,” says Ingrida Kažemėkaitė-Vitkauskienė, marketing lead at Centric IT.
During the project, a media budget of just €11,401 generated more than 90 qualified leads. Based on the company’s previous experience and this project, these leads, once converted into clients, should generate more than €300,000 in revenue over the first two years.
Second place: also We Are Marketing
The project that received the second-highest number of votes in the lead generation category was also a We Are Marketing project: the NTER Asset Management campaign “The (Un)obvious Next Step”.
The campaign’s goal was to attract investors to a new fund, with a minimum investment of €30,000. The marketing results showed that the strategic insight, strategy and execution mechanics exceeded sector and channel benchmarks at nearly every stage, with an average of 26.4% of qualified marketing leads converting into qualified sales leads. This helped achieve an impressive business result.
“Naturally, we would have liked even better results: more leads and signed contracts. But after the first year of more active marketing efforts, ranking among the most effective campaigns in the Baltics is a good signal that we’re collaborating in the right direction,” says Benas Poderis, partner, board member and head of the investment management division at NTER Asset Management.

The project team
“As an agency, it’s important to us to work strategically with clients and to pursue the client’s business results. Both projects that reached the Golden Parrot Awards final perfectly reflect this approach; in them, strategic insights were consistently translated into tactical actions, and close client collaboration with the agency helped us work more effectively and see results clearly. We knew not only how many leads we generated, but also what happened with them next.
In both projects, we presented only the results of the first nine months, when B2B purchasing decisions are typically made within ten months or even longer. What matters most to me is that in both cases we have strategically grounded mechanics that should keep generating work for the sales teams and turning into contracts for several more quarters,” says Jorė Astrauskaitė, partner and strategist at the agency.
